Setting families up for success in birth and breastfeeding.
Hey there, I'm Sarah!
As a mom, I believe that knowledge of options, risks, benefits, and real expectations is what sets families up for success. With a background as a registered nurse and the specialized training of a doula, I believe in combining an understanding of the science, biological ability, and individual nuance that is birth and breastfeeding.

I was a brand new mom recovering from severe birth trauma and injury all the while having a baby who refused to sleep. I was completely overwhelmed and calling out for help. Sarah sat with me and listened to my story, let me cry my eyes out to her all the while validating each and every feeding. She worked with us on my newborn's issues and gave us so many great tips and suggestions to help us adjust. I cannot thank Sarah enough for all she has done for my family. There will forever be a special place in my heart for her!
—Kind words from Lauren
She is truly a part of the village that it takes. Her first visit was wonderful, and she helped me to understand how to feed my son more efficiently. She checked my sons mouth for a tongue tie, which none of the lactation consultants had done in the hospital. Her undivided attention in our house was incredible and we are so grateful.
—Kind words from Sara
Being newly postpartum is a vulnerable period in a woman’s life and during our appointments together, Sarah made me feel so safe, heard, and supported. She helped me reach my goals and adapted her care as my goals changed. She was one of my biggest cheerleaders and I will never be able to express how much she means to me!! EVERYONE deserves the kind of support I received from Sarah.
—Kind words from Courtney
She is so knowledgeable on any all things baby. Her delivery is kind, honest and always non judgmental. She taught me and my husband so much from her class. We used all the tools she shared with us during my labor and it very much so made a difference and was very helpful! Sarah is passionate and it shines through that she truly cares about you!
